For Parents

Our mission is to nourish creativity by supporting and enhancing art education for elementary school children in the Walla Walla Valley. Carnegie Picture Lab volunteers visit your child’s classroom throughout the school year teaching three different artist units. The artists for 2016-2017 are:

Artist lessons are developed collaboratively with volunteers and Picture Lab staff, and delivered by volunteers and staff. We work diligently to provide intriguing information accompanied by a hands on activity to reinforce the art concepts.
